Starting A Late 55 Dodge V-8 With A Stromberg WW
Depress the accelerator pedal 1/2 to 3/4 of its travel. Hold the pedal in this position while cranking the engine. This closes the choke. Once the engine starts release the pedal. This allows the choke to start opening.
